• For pick-up, please provide a 48 hours notice. 

Custom Clusters are required to be paid in full upon ordering. 

There is a 24-hour grace period where the buyer can cancel the order less a 3% processing fee. After 24 hours the order is non-refundable.

Clusters ordered through the website are delivered curb-side. If you require a delivery please contact us to discuss options and pricing.

When picking up the order, Bəˈllo͞on will be happy to help you load the product into your vehicle. You are responsible for securing it for safe delivery to your home. If choosing to pick up, please remember you will be responsible for assembly of the order.

Please let us know if you require white glove service, which includes the assembly and removal.
